The primary function of this entry-level role is to provide development of software drivers for an enterprise Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform.  This driver development will rely on the use of an internal Driver Developer Kit (Library) and target software development kits (SDKs) from the target platforms. We are seeking individuals in support of an enterprise network video management system in Springfield, VA. The position will be providing remote tier 2/ 3 support for video management systems and devices as part of a team for field personnel worldwide.

This individual will have a Technical background in Video security systems (IP and Analog), access control, and electronic technology (low voltage). Must be able to understand manuals and other technical specifications in order to configure and troubleshoot video software as well as installing applications on servers and workstations. This individual will be working with field personnel as well as network and system administrators to address issues with network video feeds, playback, and configurations. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 7, Windows 10, SQL 2012, basic networking commands. Experience with IPCCTV cameras and video encoders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capture incidents and issues identified by the field with the ability to document resolution. Test and reproduce bugs in the software to aid the development team

Skills Required:
